We believe that Team Activities have an important role to play in building excellent trust and relationships, as well as providing the opportunity to practice different aspects of teamwork in a 'safe' environment. They are usually fun, and often challenging, and they encourage people to work together whilst solving a common problem or objective. As such they can either be run standalone, or as part of an overall team development programme. Which activity you choose will depend on your primary focus for change.

The City Challenges have been designed to test most aspects of teamwork, as well as being fun events.

The Treasure Hunt involves everyone being outdoors for at least three hours, so is particularly suited to the warmer, drier months.

The Tower is a mixture of indoor and outdoor work, and is well suited to any time of year.

The Creative Challenges are designed to test many aspects of teamwork, or can be custom designed to focus on a particular area of teamwork eg exploiting diversity. The challenges entail team members working both individually and as a team, and are designed to help team members learn in a creative and fun way.
