Following extensive research, we have devised a number of key questions about the effectiveness of a team. These questions are grouped under the six main headings of our Winning Teams framework, ie Organisation, Diversity, Communication, Balance, Leadership and Trust & Relationships.
A questionnaire is provided to each team member. They fill in the questionnaire (anonymously if desired) and return to Lightbeam for analysis. We can then provide an objective, yet relevent insight into your team, as a standalone exercise, or as the start of a longer relationship
Once analysed, the results can be used to pinpoint areas for development within the team. Because the results are summarised, and not attributable back to any one individual, they are an open and honest assessment by the team, of the team.
The questionnaire and analysis can be run very quickly, and take little time to complete.
The diagnostic costs £250, but this is offset against the cost of a subsequent workshop - which makes it FREE at that time. If the healthcheck proves positive, no further action may be needed. If there are areas highlighted for improvement, Lightbeam will discuss possible options for action, using our flexible Winning Teams Framework to focus on the areas you choose to target.
Initially there is the questionnaire, with approximately 60 questions, taking around 15 minutes to complete.
Team members have to rate each aspect of team performance on a scale from poor to excellent. These results are then summarised and a report produced - one graph for each area of team performance (eg Communication), and an overall commentary, which we will discuss with you.
